2014年于中国科学技术大学材料物理与化学专业博士毕业,同年进入中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院从事纳米材料的研究工作,2022年进入蔚来汽车科技(安徽)有限公司开展锂离子电池研发。具有15年以上的纳米材料研制经验,尤其是掌握各种碳基材料和金属氧化物材料的制备和性能优化,均可适用于锂离子电池正极或者负极材料研发领域;熟悉锂离子电池的各项性能和测试,具有相应的锂离子电池厂的从业经验和性能失效分析能力,同时熟练掌握各种软件、测试系统和英语读写能力,胜任安排的各项工作。
现共发表SCI论文35篇,其中发表第一作者(含共一)论文11篇;申请专利16项,其中授权专利15项,国际专利1项;先后主持或以项目骨干的身份参加中国博士后科学基金、中科院院长基金、安徽省自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年科学基金、企业委托/大中型企业委托项目、国家重点研发计划等10余项基金项目。
于2021年底担任安徽师范大学校外硕士生导师;2023年担任安徽大学企业合作导师,联合培养多名硕士研究生,同时负责实验室的各项建设与运行管理工作。
